Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Premier Noble handles personal information when you use our website, submit a consultation brief, communicate with us, or access the client portal.

Effective date: September 26, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Premier Noble's public website, consultation and contact flows, client portal, and related online communications that link to this policy. A separate client agreement, platform policy, or service-specific notice may apply to particular engagements or third-party services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information needed to operate authenticated client services, and limited technical information generated when you use the site.

  • Consultation information, including your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, project objective, service interests, timeframe, budget status, and any notes you choose to provide.
  • Client portal and account information, including your email address, authentication activity, session information, and information associated with projects or services made available to your account.
  • Communications and business records, such as messages, proposals, approvals, invoices, project notes, and support requests when those records are created as part of an engagement.
  • Technical and security information, which may include IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, and security events generated by our hosting, authentication, or infrastructure providers.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and scope requested work, operate the client portal, provide and support services, maintain business records, protect the site and our systems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may also use information to send service-related communications, such as consultation confirmations, project updates, account security messages, or other communications reasonably necessary to an active inquiry or engagement.

Providing a phone number through the consultation form does not by itself provide consent to receive promotional or automated marketing text messages. Any marketing communication that requires separate consent will be handled separately.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers and contractors that help us operate the website and our business, including providers for hosting, databases and authentication, customer relationship management, email and communications, security, and professional services. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse or security incidents, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets.

Premier Noble does not currently sell personal information or use consultation information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

The client portal may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, and account functionality. Your browser may allow you to remove or block some stored data, although doing so can prevent authenticated features from working correctly.

Optional public-site analytics tracking is not currently enabled. If we later introduce analytics, advertising technology, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, delivering services, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, security, or compliance obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it is held.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet transmission, storage system, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Premier Noble, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as requesting confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain information, or opting out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or qualifying profiling activities. We will evaluate verified requests under the laws that apply to the request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

To make a privacy request, use the Contact Us / Consultation page and identify the request as a privacy request in the project details or notes. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision on a privacy request, you may submit an appeal through the same method and identify it as a privacy appeal.

Children's privacy

Premier Noble's website and services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website.

Our website and services may connect to third-party platforms or contain links to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information you provide directly to those third parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date shown above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
